At Stadsbader, the employees and actors in the value chain are at key. An overarching QHSE department centralises and strategically deploys knowledge to improve employee safety, health and welfare. Thanks to its local representation in construction sites, this policy is put into practice.
Knowledge is essential for the further sustainable development of the company. Stadsbader follows a two pronged approach. Through the Stadsbader Academy, knowledge is shared across the entire organization. In addition, the learning and talent development department is committed to individual employee development and associated advancement opportunities.
Our social commitment is streamlined through the non-profit organization Stadsbader Charity Fund, which is run by its own employees separately from the business activity and provides support to charities.
