We collect and process the identity and contact data of our suppliers and subcontractors, as well as their possible (sub)contractors, their staff, employees, agents, and other useful contacts.
The purposes of this processing are the performance of agreements, management of suppliers and subcontractors, accounting, and direct marketing activities such as sending promotional or commercial information.
The legal grounds for these processing operations are the performance of a contract, our legitimate interest and/or the fulfillment of legal and regulatory obligations.
5.3. Staff data
We process the personal data of our staff as part of our HR management and payroll services. Given the specific nature of this processing, this is regulated and explained more fully in our employee privacy policy.

In addition to the above categories, we also process data from others, such as potential new customers/prospects, useful contacts within our industry, expert contacts, networking contacts, etc.

6. Duration of processing
Personal data will be kept and processed by us for the necessary period depending on the purposes of the processing and the relationship (contractual or otherwise) we have with you.
Customer data and data of suppliers and subcontractors will be deleted from our systems in any case after a period of seven years after the termination of the contract or project, except for personal data that we are required to keep longer on the basis of specific regulations or in case of an ongoing dispute for which the personal data are still necessary.

a. Right to access and inspection

b. Right to rectification
You have the right to ask us to rectify or update your personal data if you believe it to be incorrect or out of date. You also have the right to have incomplete personal data completed.
c. Right to objection
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for serious and legitimate reasons. However, please note that you cannot oppose the processing of personal data that are necessary for us to carry out a legal obligation, the performance of a contract, or our legitimate interest, as long as these data are necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

If you contact us regarding the exercise of your rights, we will respond to you within a period of one month. Exceptionally, this period may be extended to three months.
