Bpost Evere

In Evere, Stadsbader has completed a state-of-the-art distribution centre for bpost. This 5,396 m² building has been strategically designed to meet the growing demand for parcel processing. It replaces the old site in Schaerbeek, offering more space and functionality for 275 employees.

In addition to an open layout for work and storage spaces, a strong emphasis has been placed on sustainability. With 496 solar panels on the roof, rainwater recovery, and a CO2 heat pump replacing traditional gas heating, the new distribution centre is perfectly prepared for the future. Covered loading and unloading zones, as well as parking capacity for electric vehicles, highlight the forward-thinking approach of this project.
