Stadsbader guarantees the perfect asphalt paving in high efficiency works on freeways, airports, and container terminals. For structural maintenance work and the construction of industrial sites, staging areas and parking lots, Stadsbader produces and checks all asphalt compositions in its own labs under externally certified labels. Specialized R&D staff develop low-noise pavements, low-temperature asphalt, higher forms of recycling and other innovative techniques and materials.

Continuous supply

Our four asphalt plants enable constant supply throughout Belgium and northern France, 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. Also, all plants meet strict environmental requirements in terms of air emissions and noise. Deliberately, they are also almost all located on a waterway to pursue the lowest possible footprint.

StadsDRAIN

Stadsbader has developed StadsDRAIN, an innovative type of permeable asphalt that can capture and buffer large amounts of precipitation, allowing water to slowly percolate into the subsurface. This reduces the pressure on sewers and allows the ever-declining groundwater level to be maintained.

This revolutionary paving provides a solution to the problem of increased amounts of paved surfaces and the resulting stormwater that can no longer penetrate the subsurface.

StadsDRAIN is also an environmentally friendly asphalt pavement that is produced at a lower temperature, resulting in reduced CO2 emissions.
