Schedule
A tight and clear schedule is the key to a successful project. We draw up a general schedule during the offer phase.
Before the start of the project, we will work with the client to refine this general schedule into a detailed schedule. Implementation of works by any other contractor involved is also finalized during this phase.
Through a weekly schedule update, a short daily coordination meeting and our execution, we ensure that the execution period is kept as short as possible.
Execution
Thanks to our "in-house" expertise, a very extensive range of in-house equipment & staff and our vertical integration, we know how to keep the lines of communication short. This allows us to act quickly at all times.
The various activities, which may also involve subsidiaries/sister companies, are coordinated centrally.
Moreover, due to our extensive experience, we have contacts with experts that we can call upon, both during the works and in function of exploitation after the works, to optimize the operational functioning of the terminal.
Safety
Together with the client, we develop a safety plan and/or, if desired, a project-specific safety policy for each project.
Due to the experience of completed and ongoing projects, we are also familiar with the applicable notification procedures.
