Existing roadways are sometimes renovated to handle today's heavier loads, but more often than not it is the traffic arrangements that are redesigned.
Intersections and roads are fully addressed and motorized traffic is separated as much as possible to protect vulnerable road users. This involves the construction of free lying bicycle and pedestrian paths which also improves cycling comfort.
Environment and surrounding areas
During reconstruction, we also pay due attention to the environment and the surrounding area. For example, by using reused materials such as concrete or mixed rubble in the (sub) foundations. The sewage system will also be separated, and infiltration applications such as wadis, open ditches and draining street gullies will be used as much as possible.
During the implementation of roadworks, a policy to reduce nuisances and communication with local residents are very important. By establishing a clear phasing and schedule together with the relevant stakeholders, we ensure that disruptions are reduced as much as possible.
Machinery
The use of modern machines equipped with the latest technologies, such as GPS/ laser and total station, allows us to carry out the works with the greatest accuracy and efficiency.
Our super modern extensive machinery also allows us to construct any width of road or bike path in both concrete and asphalt.
