TVH EQUIPMENT has started construction works for a new commercial building along the E17 that will literally be "rounded off" in the fall of 2023. Both land and buildings are planned for strategic growth in the coming years.
With this expansion, the specialist for rental, sales, training and service can centralize all its Waregem activities in one location.
People at the Waregem site currently work from two locations and different buildings. Centralizing operations will promote staff cooperation and efficiency of operations.
The round building, designed by DEMO Architects, is being realized by Stadsbader and Willy Naessens Group. The structure features about 40 gates that facilitate the entry and exit of machines. Underground parking will be provided in the basement, providing more space outside to store machinery. The workshop occupies the lion's share of the ground floor, with the middle including the changing room, washroom and warehouse. Administration, sales and a multipurpose refectory are housed on the upper floor.
