On July 4 2024, a brand new sports hall was completed in Putte. This Design & Build project was completed in 12 months, in collaboration with BULK architecten. Our construction team consisted of colleagues from the areas of expertise Sports and Building Technology.
The construction of the hall consists of a combination of prefabricated elements, produced and supplied by Van Maercke Prefab, and wooden beams and trusses. On the ground floor is the entrance, which leads to both the cafeteria and the sports area.
With a clear height of 7 meters, the sports hall offers space for various sports such as indoor football, basketball, badminton, volleyball and korfball. Both on the ground floor and on the first floor there are various changing rooms, all fully accessible for (sports) wheelchairs. The technical room is located on the second floor.
In addition to the contract, we were also awarded the landscaping. Our concrete and asphalt teams contributed to this.
