Impressive project for Goodman in Lambres-lez-Douai

In Lambres-lez-Douai, France, Stadsbader is building a 48,000 sq. ft. warehouse with 8 compartments and dual access at the behest of Goodman. The concrete structure, produced entirely at the precast plant in Kluisbergen consists of 450 columns of 12.50 m in length, pre-stressed beams of 24 m and 18,000 m² of wall panels.

In addition to the logistics centre, the project also includes an office building, technical premises and loading areas.

The various works on a site covering as much as 125,000 square meters are carried out entirely by the various departments of Stadsbader Group.
