New industrial estate in Destelbergen

In Damstraat in Destelbergen, construction works were started for the completion of a completely new 4.8-hectare industrial estate. There will be 2 business incubators consisting of 21 SME units where local companies will take up residence.

The preparatory works were started several months earlier, resulting today in a brand-new road through the already subdivided industrial estate.

On 17 March, the first panel of the SME units was symbolically installed by Stadsbader. This happened in the presence of Mayor Elsie Sierens, Senior Alderman Raman, Alderman Rombout, developers REAL & Sirius and the lucky buyers.
