Sustainable construction partners

The name Stadsbader rings a bell with everyone. It immediately conjures up images of infrastructure and road projects, but the multidisciplinary family business has much more in store. "We have experience in building distribution centres, parking garages, offices and production halls, but we also build schools as well as residential care centres and hospitals. Thanks to the specialized knowledge of steel and concrete we have available in-house, we can offer the customer a number of crucial advantages," explained Dries Herremans and Ivan Vinck (Managers at Stadsbader Construction).

Businesses and investors can come to Stadsbader Construction with just about any construction question. "We like to present ourselves as a general contractor with a sustainable character. We manage completed projects on green and brownfield sites and can take care of the entire construction project: from demolition, ground and foundation works, through the wind- and watertight shell construction to all technical systems and finishing," Dries Herremans underlines. "Since we have all the knowledge, experience and execution capabilities in-house, we are able to draw up a meticulous schedule that we then also respect very closely."

That added value also becomes immediately apparent when working in a construction team. "We focus on project where we can use our experience and know-how from the initial design to the realization at the construction site. We are committed to long-term partnerships. The earlier we sit down with the client, the architect and the engineering firm on a project, the greater our added value," Ivan Vinck clarifies.

Steel and concrete construction

The pooling of knowledge and experience between the various divisions of Stadsbader Construction, provides for better execution. "With our site in Harelbeke, we are strongly anchored in West Flanders, but our production units and hubs are well spread geographically and we have all the capabilities to carry out projects in France, the Netherlands and Luxembourg as well. That way we can always serve the customer through people from their own region and with knowledge of the local approach."

Although Stadsbader has experienced strong organic growth over the years, it remains a family business pure and simple. "We like short lines of communication and we act with a proactive, flexible and solution-oriented mindset.
