Village center of Rijmenam voted best public space in Flanders

Each year, the Flemish Government's Infopunt Publieke Ruimte gives awards for good commissioning, quality design and skilful execution of a project.

From 41 submissions, a professional panel nominated six projects, three in the "urban projects" category and three in the “rural projects” category.

After last year's award for the Antwerp Scheldt Quays, yet another project we worked on has won awards.

The redevelopment of the centre of Rijmenam won the Public Space Prize in the "rural projects" category. Our firm was there between 2017-2019 for the construction of the sewers and roadways.

This result was achieved through the wonderful cooperation between all parties!
