TVH Plant T Waregem

In Waregem, Stadsbader is working on the development of Plant T (main contractor Alheembouw), an innovative distribution centre for TVH, which, at over 50,000 m² and a height of 30 metres, forms an impressive addition to the logistics landscape. This centre will serve as the hub for incoming goods.

The shell structure, fully executed by Stadsbader, includes prefabricated concrete columns and steel elements from our own production, reinforcing our vertical integration and expertise in prefabricated concrete and steel construction. The innovative design, with an automated high bay and a bridge to the adjacent warehouse, highlights the technical strength and efficiency of our company.
