Stadsbader places tunnel under railway line

Every day, hundreds of Stadsbader's colleagues are out on the streets, with only one goal in mind: to create an environment that contributes to a better future for each of us. That's what we live for. So too in the nearby area of Kortrijk Weide, where major works were carried out last weekend focusing on making life better for weak road users.

Taking advantage of the breaking up of the Kortrijk-Bruges railroad line, a concrete bicycle and pedestrian tunnel was carefully slid under the tracks, creating a better connection to the new Kortrijk Weide district. Will you be testing out the tunnel for yourself soon?
